Owner and Provider

Neva is regarded as a passionate, empathetic and lighthearted soul who gains so much enjoyment in supporting her clients and residents. She received her nursing degree from Clark College in 2004 and has experience across multiple settings, including skilled nursing, acute care, home health, and private nursing care, however has always had a particular fondness in working with seniors. During her time working at OHSU she gained a reputation of being The Catheter Queen, with the skills to calm patients anxieties and place difficult catheters.

Although she was born in northern Nevada, she has considered Vancouver, WA her home since 1996. She is married to her business partner, Kate, and they share 3 beautiful children. She loves spending time at Lake Merwin with her family, burying herself in DIY projects, crafting and watching live sporting events.

Operations Director

After completing her doctoral degree (DPT) from Duke University in 2008, Kate moved to Portland to gain experience in a variety of clinical settings, first at OHSU, then to Gentiva Home Health in Vancouver, WA. Through these experiences, she developed a passion for geriatrics and she became a Geriatric Clinical Specialist (GCS) in 2012, followed by completion of the Certified Exercise Expert for the Aging Adult (CEEAA) program in 2017. Since 2018, she has also gained experience at a local skilled nursing facility.  She has also received her Home Care Aide (HCA) certification from Washington State. In her free time, she enjoys kayaking, cycling, running, hiking and spending time with her family.
